Im 20 years old, and recently i feel like my body has been going downhill and i dont know why. I tried to run yesterday and could only jog for about one minute and i felt like i was going to die afterwards. I am a relatively slim guy im 140 and im 5'10. i have been out of shape before in my life but i have never felt like that. When i was running i noticed my ankles felt weak like they could barely support my weight and they popped occasionaly. Today i tried to do some pushups and i could barely get in 5.
