About 6 months ago I was looking in the mirror and noticed a lump on the end of my right clavicle. The lump started about the size of a pea and currently it is the size of a marble. I am only 17 years old, but I have had adverse health issues. I am prone to severe infections especially in the upper respitory system. My Sinuses have all been completely filled twice now and surgery has failed. I have no allergies and no pulmonary disorders like cystic fibrosis. Although with in the past year I have become increasingly tired and more ill feeling. My joints hurt and I have developed digestive problems. But within this time I developed 7 cysts on my wrist followed by the lump on my clavicle. Now, I even have a lump on my sternum. I saw an immunologist and he is convinced I have a serve immune deficiency, although it will be confirmed soon as he took blood to test. He saw my lumps and said they were not lipomas. He also said that they are weird as they are hard and attached to the bone. I made an oppointment with a rheumatologist, but it is 2 months away. Does anyone think they have an idea why I have had these weird lumps and/or illnesses.

  • Have you had any x-rays or CT scans of these various bumps? Slowly enlarging hard masses along with fatigue may be a sign of cancer, you might want to speak with an oncologist as it could be osteosarcoma. Have you experienced any weight loss recently? Did you ever have mono (EBV)? Depending on the severity it can severely damage the immune system.
