Hey all. Please give as many answers as you can.

At the age of sixteen. I noticed a big started working out I noticed a big difference in me. Grew muscles and was all going great. Then at 18 I began training even harder and boy oh boy it sure paid off. But then I stopped because I started working in a labor job. Which resulted in loss of my muscles. And and the same time I was in a great deal of stress (fell in love with a women) so I stopped eating normally. but now after 22 I got back into working out and I noticed some very depressing things in me :( . When I work out I don't gain muscles. All that happens is my face gets fat and my belly sticks out. I have fat in my body but my arms are small :( . My muscles are soft and my body had also become soft. No matter how much I work out I notice I loose muscles instead of gaining them. I feel a big difference in my self physically.

- Loss in muscles
- don't feel the pump when working out
- Use to feel good after workout before (but not now)
- stomach hangs out (but not before)
- muscles have shrunk and are soft now even if I work out
-Loss in shoulder area muscles :(

Please provide as many answers as you can

  • hey, yeah, i ran into the same problem before. try do alot more cardio such as swimming/treadmill to begin with to start getting rid of any excess fat etc and when you get your cardio up, you will begin to feel better overall, lose the overhang and start getting more 'pump' behind you every day.to build the muscle up, I personally recommend getting cardio up first and getting more in shape and then when you get more pumped, try some protein shakes and get back into the weights and all that. try high weight, low reps and hopefully the changes will come soon =)also, aim to get back into eating more regularly with 6 smaller meals a day and ensure you eat breakfast every day!best of luck!
