Body tingling and noise sensitivity

I have been to numerous doctors since 2007. It started with "tingling" in my genital area; the tingling sensation then moved to my entire body (upper and lower), including my face. It feels like pins and needles and I also experience numbness. I have also noticed an extreme sensitivity to noise. I don't know if it's related or not, but there is an area on my calf that itches and becomes enflamed on a regular basis. No diagnosis has been given. Tests have been run and the following ruled out: MS, lupus, brain tumor, circulation problems. Put on cymbatal for nerves; no change. Thanks for any help you can suggest.
