Blue tongue

I woke up this morning with a blue tongue. I DID drink grape gatorade as a bedside drink last night. I also read that blue tongue can signify pulminary embolism or COPD or heart disease among others. How long does blue tongue from candy or soft drink consumption (i.e. the blue colored gatorade I drank), usually last? I am worried that I could have something from the serious things, as I am 30 lbs overweight and a smoker...27 years old male. Thanks in advance,
