:confused: Well I guess I'll start out by saying that my New Years resolution was to eat healthier and work out more. So on the Monday after New Years I joined a gym and started walking on the treadmill every day for 4 miles it took me about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
After the second day I noticed that both my big toes were kinda sore. Then on the third day after coming home from the gym I could'nt get my shoes off fast enough because of the pain and both my big toenails were blue and very painful.
My Mom said she thought it could be gout so I went online and researched it and there were several foods that I could eat to relieve my symptoms, it also said to soak my feet in vinegar and hot water every day. I have been doing this for almost a week and there has been no relief actually now both my big toenails seem to be coming off. They are still painfull so I have been only going to the gym every other day and only walking for 3 miles.
If anyone has any ideas what this could be or has symptoms like this I would greatly appriciate some help. One more thing after soaking my feet for almost a week where my toenails are trying to come off, they are black underneath the nails.
