Blood Pressure - Face

Here is something I am trying to figure out.

I get up in the morning and everything is fine. Within a couple of hours my face begins to get warm, flushed, slighly red and sensitive (exclusing under eyes). I am on blood pressure medication for hypertension but my physician insists its not related. My dermatologist said its nothing she is aware of.

Any suggestions?
