Blood clot in thigh, or just too much sitting?

I've been spending a lot of time in a chair this week at the computer and my upper right thigh has begun to cramp/ache around the area where it rests on the chair. Is this a sign of a blood clot, or am I just putting too much pressure on that area when I sit?

(Extra info - It is not swollen, it is not red, and it isn't incredibly painful - just agitating. I'm 21 and thin/healthy).

Any info. would be appreciated.
