So a week ago I started feeling bloated even when not eating. I have been burping a lot but my chest hasn't been burning. Im hearing weird digestive noises coming from my lower left abdomen and it cramps (not painful but just uncomfortable) from time to time. I've became constipated and my stools are thinner than normal (but they have thinned a bit in the past couple of months as well). There has been blood on the stool and the toilet paper, which i've had issues with for several years, but im assuming thats hemorrhoids because when I take stool softener theres no blood. Stools are also always light brown. I still have an appetite and im not anemic.

Im asking this because I haven't felt right digestive wise for the past week. I've tried looking up my symptoms but I can't find out what it would be because most of them involve a loss of appetite and weight loss which I haven't had either. I haven't felt nauseous or been vomiting either.

  • Have you tried eating more fiber? Maybe try the Fiber One bars and/or cereal to increase fiber intake. If that doesnt help, maybe talk to a doctor.

  • Have you tried any new foods in the past week? If so, you could have a food allergy. And discontinuing to eat that food might help.

  • I've been eating a lot more bananas, peanut butter, and tuna than normal since i'm used to a mostly fast food diet (although I am in decent shape...normal cholesterol not diabetic or overweight either) but im not sure if that would last an entire week.
