Bleeding During Intercourse With Ovarian Pain...Need Advice!

In 2006-2007 I went to the doctor and she said I have cysts on my ovaries but that it wasn't bad. She said I could cure that with birth control pills but didn't have to take them. The pain was really bad on both sides but never at the same time. Since then, the pain hasn't been as bad. It usually happens when I am ovulating.

I started my period on February 10th. It's a week early. But it stopped and started over again each day and was extremely light. This is unusual. I usually go normal for 5 days. I had intercourse one night this past week and afterwards I was bleeding and my lower abdomen was in extreme pain! The only thing I could do was put a heating pad on it to make the pain stop. The pain has happened before after sex but not the bleeding. Last night I had intercourse again and noticed afterwards I was bleeding but without pain this time.

Could this be because my period was early and abnormal on top of having cysts on my ovaries or does it sound like something else? I have no health insurance so I am trying to get an idea of what it could be and to see if I really need to go to the doctor. Any advice or information is greatly appreciated!
