Hey i got a male friend who have observed that after he finish his faeces and wipe he recognises a little blood...... the blood is not always often but sometimes and its no pain or anything but he is seeing it......... can u please advise what this is about and the treatment please thanks.

  • The bleeding is most likely internal hemmorhoids. It's not that big of a deal unless it lasts for more than a week... Your friend should do as many things as he can to keep his stools soft such as increase intake of fruits and veggies, drink more water (most of us don't drink enough water anyhow) and increase fibre. My family starts the day with a fruit smoothie every morning with some ground up flax (about 2-4 tablespoons) which keeps everyone regular. Good luck.
