Over the last few weeks I have had lots of gas from both ends. I get stomach rumbling, belching after eating althought this can occur several hours later. I also get gas from my other end. I thought it may be lactose intolerance but I never used to get it drinking milk and I have not drank any milk for nearly a week and I still get gas. so maybe its not lactose intolerance.
I do not have any abdominal pain only slight discomfort in middle of abdomen but vey mild and rarely. I dont have any heartburn or pressure in stomach, or passing blood. No otherpains.

  • Without knowing what is causing this, I would try taking digestive enzymes after you eat. Something with pancreatin, amylase, procreatase, etc. should help your symptoms. A good health food store will have these and they can really help your digestion. I am an Oriental Medicine doctor and gas/belching is usually a liver/spleen disharmony. Try not to eat many sweets and do not drink with your meals. Fresh ginger is helpful. Best of luck to you.
