Hello...so I have basically been having a whole mess of problems for the past 6+ months and don't know what to do anymore. I have seen a cardiologist, nuerologist, rheumatologist, etc. I am 21 years old and have these symptoms:
headache (feels like a rubber band is tied around my forehead and causes me to not think clearly)
feeling of being unbalanced ( especially when standing or walking for more than a few minutes)
intense upper back, neck, and shoulder pain and stiffness
occasional joint pains, especially if i have been standing too long
chest tightness and heart pain (that goes down into my left arm at times)
slight stiffness in my face
My symptoms are worst when I am walking around or doing some daily activity that requires me to move. It is weird because running or doing intense physical activity helps or sleep and eating usually helps too.
I run at college for club so i am pretty active but not overly active. I have a resting heartrate of 46, which my cardiologist said did not bother them because I run. I have had a banine heart murmur my whole life.
I was diagnosed with lymes disease last may but was treated for it and the drs said they think it is probably unrelated? It is so frustrating because I feel like no one is taking me seriously and I hate complaining about it but i honestly feel like i am dying.
If anyone has had similar symptoms please let me know.
