i have a patient who is probably having balanitis patient is sexually active ag e 40 years has a swelling in penis since last 6 months painless i have treated with azithromycin secnidazole doxycycline als and local antibiotic and atifungal creams without any results he is not having AIDS or vdrl test is also negative he is sufferinf from calf pain so he is taking nsaids like tramadol and piroxicam
please suggest ! :confused:
