Symptoms: Constant metalic, acid taste in mouth; "hot" tongue with thirst; irregular bowel with pain; gurgling stomach. When very bad get systemic itching (puritus) with flushing and sometimes with small raised white bumps, but no hives or rash. Also fatigue and headaches. Have been prescribed acid blocker which seems to control the itch but not the mouth and tongue symptoms. All are worsened or brought on by emotional stress. All blood work is normal. What is this????
