Hey how you guys doing. I am 18 and have been running for give or take 6 years and about 20 to 35 miles a week. I recently put a end to that when I had a severe bladder problem hat made it almost impossible to run for 5 minutes. I still haven't found a answer to that bladder issue but at this point in my life need to move on. Unless anyone has a answer to that. What i am addressing today is the pain in my lower knees. Its right below my knee caps and hurts if i push on it or if i kneel down. When running i feel it a little bit. What could that be. It recently started when I got back to running.
I use great running shoes asics 2150s
I stretch for 3 minutes before running
I do a warm up and a cool down.
What could this pain be?
