On my upper back, my skins seems to hurt a lot. when i stand, sit, or walk, i get this tingling pain. first it feels like it itches, but when i touch it, i feel like a burning/tingling sensation. there is no signs of any irritation around my back. i went to physical therapy, and the chiropractor and both told me to do stretches, but it seems like it is not helping, and plus i need to heal fast, because i am going to go through a Marine option ROTC program, so standing, running, is a necessity. please help:(Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
