On my upper back, my skins seems to hurt a lot. when i stand, sit, or walk, i get this tingling pain. first it feels like it itches, but when i touch it, i feel like a burning/tingling sensation. there is no signs of any irritation around my back. i went to physical therapy, and the chiropractor and both told me to do stretches, but it seems like it is not helping, and plus i need to heal fast, because i am going to go through a Marine option ROTC program, so standing, running, is a necessity. please help:(

  • i have a similar sensation in my legs due to nerve damage from a spinal injury, and sometimes in my upper arms as well, but no visible signs of irritation. it could be that you have a spontaneously pinched nerve, so physical therapy could be helpful, as long as the therapist actually knows what's going on.
