Over the past 18 months I have gained 25 pounds. This is despite removing dairy from my diet and beginning a workout routine with a trainer 2 days a week and making no other changes to my diet. I have had increased fatigue sometimes feeling like I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat no matter where I am. Probably most concerning is the joint and muscle pain that gets worse in the late afternoon and evening. I have environmental and limited food allergies. I take birth control pills, allegra, singulair, allergy shots. I have been tested for RA, lupus, thryroid, celiac, magnesium.
