I am a serious athlete with SVC syndrome due to radiation on my upper chest. My right internal jugular vein is stenosed. Have had several angioplasty's with an Int. Radiologist to open the vein and the effect is short term. Now the Int. Rad. cannot open the vein without hitting the vegas nerve and stopping my heart. I am looking for an experience Dr. who can stent the vein wide open so I can breath again. I can barely walk up 2 flights of steps at this point. I am located in New Jersey.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
