Aorta ; 3.2 cms,

Right Atrium ; Normal
Right Ventricle ; Normal,
Pulmonary Artery ; Normal,
Pericardium ; No Pericardial effusion,
SVC, IVC ; No IVC plethora.
Pulmonary veins ; Normal
Intracardiac Masses ; Nil.

Doppler ; MVF;EAV; AJV; 2.0 m/sec. PV; PJV; 0.9 m/sec.
colour flow immaging ; Trival MR+
Conclusion : Asymmetric LVH (Anterior & anterolateral wall & IVS)
SAM+.LVOTO+,(Gradient 170 mmHg.)
Normal LV systolic funtion
LV diastolic dysfunction
