I am a 56 years old female with Crohn's. Currently my Crohn's is not active at all. I am taking prednisone 10mg every other day and dipentium.
I am suffering from belching and doctor can't help me. I wake up at night from the pain in right part of my abdomin, then burp a lot of air, it helps a little bit with pain.
I have tried to elliminate wheat and some other products but it did not help. I have lost a lot of weight recently because of this pain.
It sounds for me that i have somebody inside my stomach who produces air and this air causes my pain.
Also i have one spot somewhere in stomach or below that i feel immediately when i eat something sour, cold or so on. Last year i had all tests done, i don't have ulcer, but what?

Will appreciate any ideas. Can somebody recommend me a diet?
