  • It could be a swollen lymphnode. Lymphnodes swell when your body is fighting off an infection. It can also be a symptom of a more serious condition. You should see your doctor.

  • I'd check with a doctor right away. It could be related to an infection somewhere in your arm area. Some possibilities could include breast cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, etc. But once I had a lump, and it turned out to be an allergy to my deodorant. But definitely check it out. It could be serious.

  • I think you should always tell your mom if something is bothering you. Mother knows best. If you were my daughter I would want to know. You should tell her right away, if it is something serious they can probably treat it. In the end, you never know, you might have, it could be something that simple that could of been fixed all along, and you would'nt have that worry on your mind anymore. Tell your mom to have a look at it.

  • My brother had this exact same type of thing and the doctor said it was an infection. They made a small incision in the lump to let it drain and cultured it. Turns out it was a staph infection. They put him on antibiotics and it fixed him right up!
