When I wake up in the morning one or both of my arms are numb and hurt. has this ever happened to anyone? Does anyone know what this might be?

  • If the numbness goes within a minute or two with movement its likely to be compression of your blood vessels, this can be cause by laying on your arm or reducing the space through the shoulder area these vessels travel through such as scruntching up your shoulders. Do you wake up in the same position when this happens? try sleeping with 1 pillow or trying not to sleep on your side, experiment as see if any of this helps. If not, speak to a GP.
