I have had pain in my arm for over 12 months, my gp refered me to physio who gave me some exercises, these have not worked. the pain is in the upper part of my arm by the muscle and this goes up the right hand side of my neck and i get a sort of warm feeling now and then my arm aches continually and i get a sharp pain when moving it, but not all the time. the pain is sickening when it comes on. i have real problems with it when i go to bed i cant lie on it sometimes i cant get comfortable at all whether its up in the air or down by my side - help!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 8m446FHello Karagor,I wish I could tell you what was wrong, believe me. I also have pain in the shoulder area/neck/sharp pain/trouble when I go to bed. Had an x-ray of shoulder and was told my rotor cuff was fine. The doctor gave me a shot of cortosone. This helped relieve some of the pain for a few days. Maybe together we can figure this out.Deborah....
