My grandmother is 72 years old and has a 5.7cm aortic aneurysm or AAA it needs to be repaired and she wants to go to our small town DR to do this though the tradional AAA repair through an insicison I have just found the info on a endovascular repair could you tell me which of these repairs are a better choice? Also she is a heavy smoker and has uncontrolled high blood pressure and only weighs 110 lbs.
