Any symptoms with mood, hearing voices, or delusions, & haven't been able to track it down or get treament that's working? Could be a sign of some of the symptoms for PSYCHOSIS that comes from SLEEP LOSS and/or SLEEP INTERRUPTIONS.

A good sleep education website is:

Could be a sign of some of the symptoms for PSYCHOSIS that comes from SLEEP LOSS and/or SLEEP INTERRUPTIONS. A good sleep education website is: sleepinformationfacts.ebloggy.com.90% of the Serotonin that the body needs to keep you sleeping at night, is produced on your intestinal track. If you have not been sleeping and you start feeling mental and/or emotional, that is a sign that you have an internal intoxication in the guts. Some of those neurotoxins reach the brain's opium receptors, hehe- that's why you feel that way.You need to detox before you go bananas.I am not a detox expert, but stop all forms of NON- prescription drugs.Avoid prescription drugs interactions : consult a pharmacist.I can for sure tell you that eliminating all dairy, sugar, wheat, processed foods, alcohol, caffeine, and reducing your protein intake to no more than 30 grams a day, or avoiding it completely while you feel emotional disturbances, will help.It takes your body 6-10 hours to digest meat. If you happen to have a bacterial or micotic overgrow in your guts, the meat might never digest. Instead, it putrefies. Your body create toxins to clean that mess, but the toxins travel to your blood, making you feel psychotic.Take Care.
