This is all I know:
-23 yr WF, nonsmoker, no past surgeries
-severe panic attacks often requiring restraints; acutely treated with epinephrine injections and/or ativan; prophylactically treated with xanax
-there's some evidence of impaired immune system function, delayed healing and increased susceptibility to infection
-hypertension, currently treated with a diuretic
-insomnia, may be due to disease process or additional meds
-poor prognosis, with death often occurring at around 25 yrs.
Any ideas for a differential? Thanks so much
