Hi all I have posted previously but things are getting worse and I'm not getting answers. I had internall hemoraging about 3 weeks ago received 6 units of blood and massive amounts of IV fluids! I previously had an appendectomy that they say did not cause the bleeding they don't know what did. I am now taking iron pills daily along with ibuprofen 800mg 4times a day.I am still severley light headed have horrible constant headaches that get a bit worse upon standing and walking I have severe chest pain that comes and goes last night it brought me to my knees only for a second or 2 then I was kinda ok. I have severe pain in my calf and behind my kneee on left leg only. My ankles throb constantly and I have severe neck pain. my hands arms feet and legs go numb quite a bit and I am always cold. Dr. wants to do a hysterectomy next month to see if it helps I am 39 and have always been very very healthy the only time I went to Dr prior to the last 6 months was when I was pregnant which has been yrs ago. If yall have any ideas of what it could be I would appreciate any type of input I am going back to Dr on thursday. I am at my wits end the pain has got me not even wating to get out of bed or live anymore! I am just fed up

  • how are your periods? make sure you get a firm diagnosis before you let them do a hysterectomy - you could be going from the frying pan into the fire...they need to have a REALLY good reason b4 they do that

  • yes both pregnancies were c-section. The appendectomy was a regular appendectomy not laproscopic and it was pretty infected the Dr said I have 8 inch appendix scar now besides the c-section scars. Also while I was hospitalized this last time they did a D&C to alleviate some of the internal bleeding?. I just dont know why I am having all these things go wrong at once! it's driving me crazy literally!

  • Two things come to mind with the cold complaints, Lyme disease and low thyroid. Both can cause lots of pain too. So can lack of mineral, like magnasiunm and potassium. Both can be responsible for the vision, but so can Diabetes... Please get checked out. Hope you feel better soon.
