Hi, Just looking for some sugestions of what to ask doctor to test for as I live in a small country town with overworked docs and unless you drop the right hints they just give you the usual answers(fluid retention, hereditary etc)
Basically the problem is, if i go on jenny craig and exercise like mad i can lose some weight but if i just eat sensibly and only go for an hours powerwalk a day ( plus run around entertaining an active 2 yr old) i gain weight (and a lot of it) also ever since i the pregnancy my feet are always swollen and quite often tingling and with a purplish tinge to them (gone up 2 shoe sizes in 2 years) also I dont know if this comes into it or not but whenever i go to the toilet my urine is thick and smelly but have been terated for urinary tract infections but that doesn't change anything.
if anyone can offer any suggestions on what to hint to the doctor to look for it would be greatly appreciated
