I am a 28 yr old female, who has gone undiagnosed for over a year, im kinda hoping that maybe someone out there can give me an idea of whats going on with me. any help would be Greatly appreciated. My symptoms started in March of 2007 they start out mild of not being able to swallow solid food i would gag a few times and then i would be ok, then it got way worse and i was not able to eat anything and lived on a liquid diet for over 6 months i beleive the later symptoms are due to malnutrion those are being tired all the time , hair loss and aches a pains. the swallowing has not gotten better though now i can each mushy stuff so i eat alot of potatos and avacados when this started i weighed 230 lbs and in 3 months lost 60lbs i am now down to 154 lbs, I have gone to many doctors who have told me it all in my head, i have had my thyroid checked and all those tests came back normal, the speech pathologist who did a barium test saw a problem then the docs all told me the test was normal, At this point i dont know what to do any info that anyone can give Would be great
thank you
