I am a 28 y/o male who recently noticed that when I am in crowded rooms or standing in lines my heart starts beating rapidly and my forehead starts to sweat really bad. I try to take some deep breaths and tell myself everything is ok but I can feel the sweat running down my face and I usually head to the nearest restroom. Even when I go to a resturaunt that is crowded I get this same thing. I can sit and laugh about it at home because it's the dumbest thing but I can't seem to shake it. I even noticed that when I go to get my haircut the same thing happens. I took 20 mg of Inderal that I got on the internet the last time I went to the barber and it didn't help. Can someone please tell me what I need to do??Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
