  • Is this blood in your urine microscopic or can you see it with your eyes?I have spells of bloody urine and generalized itching.I go to a urologist and he wants to do a cystoscope which is fine but I discover that if the symptoms that are occuring with your bloody urine are not other urinary symptoms or are not ejaculatory in nature then the urologist probably will tell you they are not related.Try to push with your GP and urologist to consider a connection.Btw,I have read that spleen problems can cause pains in your heart area and bloody urine also.I am not giving you a diagnosis but a heads up on one posability.Good luck,I hope to hear from you.
