Aneurysm history in family, is one scan enough to rule it out for me?

I'm 27, and my Mum died at 50 from a ruptured brain aneurysm, a really large one. The docs said they couldn't tell if she'd had it 25 years or six months. My Grandmother also died of a stroke after one of these. I was tested in Jan 06, and I'm not sure whether I need to keep going back. I have had blood tests and there doesn't appear to be anything underlying that might cause me to have it, but they told me they still don't know how it goes down through families yet.

I also have had a hard lumpy thing in my neck for a few years, and it never goes away, I've had it checked but recently it seems bigger. Should I go back again?
