Anaphylaxis

For the past year I have been experiencing Anaphylaxis quite often. My throat feels like there is a piece of bread stuck in it, my heart rate starts to increase and I get a stinging feeling all through my body. The heartburn I have is constant. I have been on Nexium and Lunesta for over 15 months. Sleeping for me is a chore and eating can be even more scary. I'll go through cycles where things seem to be getting better, then it will hit me like a freight train. I don't know if it's food allergy (very allergic to fish and now it appears shellfish) or food intolerance. But this feeling of bloatedness to the point where I can't catch a good breath, stomach aching, heartburn and stomach burn, loose stools and just an overall panic feeling when I have this "obstructed" feeling in my throat and chest is out of control. I've been to the doctor, had chest xrays, acid reflux testing with no results that are alarming. Yet, I can't sleep, don't know what to eat anymore and panic when I feel the symptoms coming on. I'm also irratable and in a fog most of the day. I don't know if it's hormone imbalance, severe gastric issues that have affected my throat or I'm just allergic to everything. Help!
