I have had insomnia in the past (off and on). I quit my job though, and without a schedule my sleeping pattern became pretty random. Now I have chronic insomnia. I cannot sleep even until early in the morning, which messes up my day. Even if I only get an hour of sleep the morning before. Occasionally a nap, but never when I need the sleep. I know it has to do with my being so tense. I lie down and realize my body is tense and not relaxed at all. So I loosen up a little and find out I'm still unrelaxed, and half the time I just return to being tense after I do relax my body. I don't even feel the change. Is this intensity anxiety? Does anybody know some excercises or something to relieve this bad habbit? Some help would really improve my living!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
