OK so, I have decided recently to get healthy again, and took all my measurements:
age: 20, gender: female, height: 5'7 ft, weight: 57.6, body fat %: 11.2.
Is it just me or is there something really wrong with my body fat percentage?
I do not do any exercise, so my body fat % should be high right?
I thought my scale was wrong, but it isn't. Anyone got any ideas?
Or ways to get rid of chicken arms? (as an after thought :P)
