I am a 22 year old male. My foreskin remains retracted all the time. Although my entire glans penis is not left uncovered, but a small part of my glans penis is always uncovered.

I remember 5-6 years back my foreskin used to cover my entire penis. Gradually my foreskin was unable to entirely cover my glans penis and it used to make me feel uncomfortable. But now after some years, the top 1cm of my glans penis is always uncovered and I feel normal. After erection my entire glans penis is left uncovered and the foreskin goes behind the glans penis. In flaccid state the foreskin comes back but it doesnt cover my entire penis.

I feel I am normal but Only problem that I face is pain in my penis after nightfall. I am virgin and I can masturbate easily. Also there is urge of urination an a slight pain after masturbation. I am not sure whether I am at a risk of Paraphimosis?

Please help me out...
