I am the lucky one that can eat and eat and doesnt put on any noticeable weight, but why am i always hungry after meals? I have a large dinner each night and a snack before bed which can sometimes be the size of a meal, but its quite normal for me to wake up in the middle of the night/early morning very hungry!
