I am a 35Yrs woman. I am on medicines to keep my blood pressure under control - using the medicine for nearly 1 year.

I get my finger tips (on the palm side) swollen for nearly 6 months. It happens occassionally. No pain, no itching and dis coloration etc., It automatically goes away on its own.

In the last two weeks, I have swollen lips. Last week my lips and finger tips were swollen. Approached a doctor who prescribed me "Allegra 180mg" - at the rate of 1 per day - I used it for 4 days.

After stopping the medication, I again noticed swelling as explained above. This time additionally, some swelling in the thraot - no pain, no difficulty in following food or no irritation.

Pl. help me over come this problem.
