I took allergy shots 25 years ago for 6 years-I tested positive for almost everything. I've had the tests redone and now show NO reaction to anything. Yet I still break out in rashes when I touch plants or grass, if I don't take Zertec I itch all the time, my reactions to all drugs is much worse(not just antibiotics, also pain meds & anti nausea meds). I asked allergist what I was if I was not allergic and he said"I don't know what you are". This is not a great deal of help! I had ITP and speen was removed in 1990-could this all be caused by immune system? I now have to take prenisone when I take antibiotics so I don't get a reaction. Any clue on what may be going on? I had one doctor tell me I was sensitive-also no help. thanksReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
