All over, low lying body pain and stiffness? And I'm so young...

Hello, I wanted to ask about something...

I'm a 22 year old female with a lot of pain and stiffness, sometimes the pain is randomly occurring, and can occur in limbs which I haven't moved, where it feels like a shoot pain, or an ache all over, where it feels weak but all covering. I always feel stiff with either of these, and was supposed to spend a day out sparring with my local fighter group, but couldn't because I couldn't move and had to sit out with a heat pack on my back (though I really need one all over.)

I always get a pain, in any form, in my right knee and it always feels like it's going to collapse and fall forward.

Any help? Please?

I've had this happen since I was, well, 14 and my mother has never really believed me, so a general idea would be great before I can actually move out and get a job, and hopefully get it looked at.

EDITED TO ADD: Just an FYI, my diagnosed conditions are ADD, PDD-NOS, GERD, Tendionosis in the shoulders, elbows and wrists, Hypo-Glycenia and Eczema.

I also have trouble laughing, crying or other shows of emotions. My head practically rings with pain, and my vision goes blurry.
