Was waiting for a driver to turn left..I was at full stop, I just glanced in my rear view and saw this truck hurtling at me so i turned to my right and grabbed my beagle. He hit me @ 45 MPH w/o brakes...my trailer hitch/body took the impact. I was 100 non fault.
I hurt my c3-c6, T1 to t3 and l 3-6. Very long story but I knew there was a God when I met this chiro with low level laser treatments and then I moved to an ostiopath...
My complaint is with my legs and feet. My legs because numb 3 days after the accident..up to the same spot on each and then started swelling. I went to a neurologist to prove it was due to diabeties. He fingered spinal injury.
What really bothes me is that I feel ..even with all the normal lymph draining and alternate treatments ( no med doctors..even with some with many degrees..they just scratch their and either outright dismiss it or have the guts to say they have ABSOLUTELY no idea why or how to cure).
I go to an ostiopath twice a month and a deep muscle massage twice a month...the light , special draining masages do not work.
My feed feel like they are either about to explode, burning, painful pins ( usually) or solid burning pain...not much to choose from. I will repeat, this only has happened afte the accident. Because I am a canadian..I have gone through every test know to man ( or woman) but here I am.
The doctors a po, poing this..my lawyer is ignoring this and the insurance companies presurring for me to settle at a scary low rate...I can see a painful life in front to my with a lot of pain ( just got of methadone and am runnig 2 to 4s in te pain level scale..
Can anyone out there give me something to run with..a like to someone or something that I can pass to my lawyer to wake him up ??? I am disabled but a non visual one...I guess we don't count because we are no missing a leg...I have a disability tag on my car and I get a lot of rude comments...
