I've been having a little problem for the past 2 years on and off. Sometimes i will have 3 episodes a week, other times it will happen once a month. My blood pressure is on the low end(typically 96/50 but it only causes problems when i stand up too fast. I will get dizzy right away and takes a few minutes to subside.
The problem i am having is when i am bent over for a few minutes sometimes i wont get dizzy upon standing and instead my blood sugar(i think) rapidly drops within a few minutes i start trembling and cant think straight, my voice trembles, i overheat and i feel like i am starving. After i eat something it goes away in 10-15 minutes. It only seems to happen if i don't get dizzy and lightheaded when i stand up. Are the two things related or is the blood sugar dropping something different?
Thanks for any advice.
