I am 21 years old and in really good health. Since I was about 17 I've had chest pains at the strangest times (when laughing really hard, sneezing, or sometimes for no reason at all). I've always exercised and I rarely have the pains when I am running or working out. I have a borderline low blood pressure (around 96/60) and a relatively high pulse (in the 80s). I know that these are both within normal limits and shouldn't worry me. The past 2 weeks my symptoms have worsened and started to concern me. I've had pretty bad chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, overall feeling mentally fuzzy, and a constant headache. I also have had 2 different times where I got really hot and thought that I was going to pass out doing nothing out of the ordinary, just walking around. Any ideas what this could be? I KNOW that I need to see a doctor, so saying that wont help... I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions as to what it MIGHT be so I can look into it more and bring it up when I do go to the doctor.
