Adult tests for chromosomal abnormalities

Most testing is done in the prenatal stage for chromosomal abnormalities, but where would an ADULT go to get tested for this?

I am an adult, and fairly confident I have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, but since no doctor will confirm this, I feel I am forced to make my own diagnosis. If I can rule out (or confirm) chromosomal abnormalities it would really be beneficial so I can stop trying to self diagnose.

Thanks in advance for any helpful info.
