aching/numbness in cheek bones + tongue feels swollen

My symptoms are strange. These normally go away but have had these more on that off for 48 hrs. At first I thought it was a walnut allergy. Symptoms are.... dizzyness, really aching/numb cheekbones and also the same around the eyes, tingles in the lips. My tongue at first feels burnt and then feels swollen. I should add though that everything looks normal it just feels like everything is really swollen. Any help with the possibilities of this would be much appreciated
