For the past few weeks from my lower back down to my foot mainly on my right side i've had aching almost like a trapped nerve numbing, its not painful just very annoying and causes some discomfort. I don't want to sound crude but sometimes my bottom will go numb. I had to drive today and the pain in my right leg was pretty painful.
Just wondering if anyone has had this before and what i can do to get rid of it..
swimming, leg exercise, rolling in a ball and rolling on my back?
