I have been in pain for over a year. My legs hurt, and I get sharp pains in my fingers and toes. I also have nerve sensations in my feet, and my muscles stiffen fairly quickly. It is hard to stand sometimes; at one point, I couldn't walk at all. I have gone to many doctors, have had MRIs of my entire body, practically, NCVs, blood work, etc., and nothing shows up. The only thing I can think of, is that I hurt the base of my spine at the gym a couple of years ago. The pain went away then, but about a year and a half ago, I started really working out my lower body, so i don't know if that is causing this. (I don't work out anymore, except for yoga occasionally). I notice it is worse if I have been sitting all day (i have a desk job). Please help, I am going nuts!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
