l am a 30 year old women had my first and only baby 2 and a half years ago after delivery l failed to breast feed tried breast pump but little milk so resorted to formula when my periods came there were heavy and month after month there were getting worse they finally go out of hand l visited a gynae who first suggested hormonal imbalance was put on birth control after 2 months had normal period after stoppong birth control then it started again the gynae sent me for ultrasound where it was discoved l had uterine fibroid biggest size of an eggs 2 where seen went for a myomectomy april 2010 plus D and C this were normal 2 months then missed my period 3 to 4 months preg test negative when the period came it was heavy and not stopping was put on lol feminol 1 tablet 3 times a day still did not stop went for thyroid function test everthing normal went for hormonal profile for sex hormones all hormones ok except FSH 0.8 which is too low and LH 0.3 also low about 2 to 3 months back have been experiencing hot flashes and after baby up till now have gain too much unexplained wt had a scan last week which showed no abnormalities execept enlarged uterus highes measurement around 11.2 just like before the myomectomy still experiencing bleedin still taking birth control sinc 18 of november up till today 17 dece please help my gynae put me on nogestrol something hoping to stop the bleeding she seems not to know what to do l want to have second baby as soon as possible
