Sorry long thread, maybe im a hypochondriac but i need help/advice. Maybe someone clued up on physio could help?

I have been sufferring from chronic aches and fatigue. Also, My ears feel stuffy but nothing seems to be wrong! I have recurring headaches/ eye pain.

Recently my wrists and arms really ache, i have trouble walking uphill/stairs and end up exhausted, aching thighs, intense need to sit down and rapid heart. My lower back hurts especially whilst sitting and getting up takes so much effort!

I do slouch and when i walk my right foot is very outturned. if i put my legs straight my knees face inwards.if i walk with correct feet my knees touch whilst walking and its difficult to keep balance. What is wrong with my legs/gait? is this causing my fatigue...bad posture.
However my knees and ankle/feet do not hurt or ache. My right foor does consistantly crackle/pop/grind whilst flexing.

I have always waddled like a duck ( feet outturned, right more obviously about 50 degress) and my neck and shoulder pain/headache etc have been present since adolecense.

Please help?
